Complete Asset Tracker
Terms of Service
Effective date: October 23, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your access to completeassettracker.com and its related inventory, sharing, reporting, and subscription services (the "Service"). Your agreement is with Duane Palmer, doing business as Complete Asset Tracker ("we," "us," or "our"). Contact: privacy@completeassettracker.com. Mailing address: 5753 Hwy 85 N, Suite 8041, Crestview, FL 32536.
By affirmatively accepting these Terms when creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase access. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. A privacy notice does not replace any separate consent required by law.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If acting for another person or organization, you must have authority to bind that party. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect regardless of these Terms.
2. What the Service provides
Complete Asset Tracker helps you organize belongings, photos, receipts, documents, locations, values, and related records; create reports and exports; use available AI-assisted features; and share selected information. Features depend on the plan and options displayed when you enroll.
The Service is a recordkeeping tool. It is not an insurer, insurance producer, certified appraisal service, investment adviser, tax adviser, attorney, title registry, or proof of ownership. Descriptions such as "AI appraisal" or "claim-ready report" refer to informational estimates and document preparation. They do not guarantee accuracy, authenticity, insurance coverage, insurer acceptance, reimbursement, or a particular sale price.
You are responsible for checking records and obtaining qualified professional advice or a certified appraisal when needed. Keep original receipts and independent backups of important documents.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. Protect your password, email account, Public Mode passcode, devices, and any access links. Use the supported invitation features instead of sharing your login credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for your own failure to take reasonable care of your credentials; this does not excuse our legal responsibility for our own conduct.
Notify privacy@completeassettracker.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require reasonable verification before changing account ownership, restoring access, fulfilling deletion requests, or releasing records. An invitation does not authorize a recipient to access information beyond the permissions granted.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, and payment
The standard membership currently costs $69 per year, plus applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price, billing interval, renewal terms, and any promotion shown at checkout govern your purchase. We will not charge a recurring payment unless you authorize it.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: A paid annual subscription renews for successive one-year periods until canceled. By separately authorizing recurring billing at checkout, you authorize our payment provider to charge the disclosed subscription price and applicable taxes at purchase and each renewal, subject to required notices and consent. Your renewal date is shown in your account or billing confirmation.
Stripe processes payments. You must provide an authorized payment method and keep it current. If payment fails, we may notify you, retry as permitted by your authorization, and suspend paid access if payment remains unpaid. We do not charge an early cancellation penalty.
Trials and promotions: Any trial length, eligibility, features, payment requirements, and conversion terms will be disclosed before enrollment. A trial does not convert to a paid subscription unless you separately authorize the disclosed recurring charges. We will provide the trial reminder advertised during enrollment and any notices required by law. If you do not purchase a membership, paid features may stop when the trial ends. Trial expiration alone does not immediately delete your records.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before an increased renewal price takes effect, or earlier if required by law, and obtain additional consent where required. Changes do not increase the price of your already-paid term. You may cancel before renewal to avoid the new charge.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal at any time from the Membership tab in your profile. If you cannot access that option, email privacy@completeassettracker.com from your account email requesting cancellation. We will honor a cancellation request received before renewal and refund a renewal charge caused by our delay in processing that timely request. We will provide confirmation.
Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid term. Unless a refund right applies, cancellation does not prorate an annual payment. Deleting an app shortcut or simply not using the Service does not cancel a subscription.
Initial purchases: The trial period gives you an opportunity to evaluate the Service before purchasing. We do not offer a voluntary first-purchase refund window. Initial subscription payments are nonrefundable except as required by law, for a billing error, or as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms or a written offer. Renewal grace period: If you did not intend to renew, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after an annual renewal charge. Email privacy@completeassettracker.com with your account email and request; do not send full payment-card details. This voluntary renewal refund window does not limit longer or additional rights required by law or a more favorable written offer.
For other requests, fees are nonrefundable except as required by law, for a billing error, or as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms. Approved refunds go to the original payment method where practicable. A full subscription refund ends the corresponding paid access; it does not automatically delete your account. Nothing here prevents a good-faith dispute of an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
6. Your content and our limited permission
You retain your rights in the information, photos, documents, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, back up, reproduce, format, transmit, and process Your Content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the Service, carry out your instructions, and meet legal obligations. This includes processing by service providers and AI tools used for requested features and showing selected content to recipients you authorize.
This permission is not ownership of Your Content and does not authorize selling it, using it in advertising, or training general-purpose AI models on your private inventory. It ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention and backup copies described in the Privacy Policy. It does not revoke permissions you independently granted to other people.
You must have the rights needed to submit and share Your Content. Do not upload unlawful material, another person's confidential records without authority, or unnecessary highly sensitive personal information. You are responsible for accuracy and for reviewing imported and generated records before relying on them.
7. Sharing, Public Mode, and exports
You decide which available collections and fields to share. Check recipient identities and permissions carefully. Authorized recipients may copy or export what they can access. Revoking access does not erase copies they already hold or information you separately sent them.
Public Mode is intended to hide designated financial fields while presenting your inventory; returning to Private Mode requires the configured passcode. It does not automatically make your inventory internet-public. It does not redact text within images, receipts, PDFs, notes, or previously generated exports. Review the actual displayed information before showing your screen or sharing a report. A Public Mode passcode does not replace your account password or device security.
You control where you send exported reports and files. We cannot guarantee how an insurer, family member, appraiser, or other recipient will use or protect a copy outside the Service.
8. AI outputs and third-party services
AI-generated descriptions, estimates, extractions, and reports may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated. Results can vary and are not guaranteed to be unique. Inspect outputs and verify significant details against original documents and qualified sources. Never rely solely on an AI estimate to establish insurance limits, tax basis, authenticity, legal ownership, or a purchase or sale price.
Requested AI features may send relevant records or files to providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you lack authority to process. To the extent we have transferable rights in outputs generated for your account, we assign those rights to you, subject to underlying third-party rights and applicable law; we do not guarantee that an output is copyrightable.
Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party conduct outside our control. This does not remove our responsibility for obligations we owe you or for service providers where the law makes us responsible.
9. Acceptable use and our intellectual property
Do not use the Service to violate law or others' rights; submit malware; commit fraud; impersonate others; bypass permissions or payment controls; access another account without authority; harvest private information; interfere with availability; or reverse engineer the Service except to the extent applicable law allows. Do not resell access or use automated collection that unreasonably burdens the Service without permission.
The Service's software, design, branding, and other materials, excluding Your Content and third-party materials, belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Service for its intended purposes while complying with these Terms. "Unlimited items" does not authorize abusive automation, unrelated bulk file hosting, or conduct that materially disrupts other users. Material new plan limits will be disclosed before they apply and will not retroactively eliminate paid rights without an appropriate remedy.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, improve, or change the Service. If we permanently discontinue a paid core feature or the Service in a way that materially reduces your paid membership, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable, provide a reasonable export opportunity, and offer a proportionate refund for the unused prepaid period affected.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable chance to resolve a remediable violation. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. You may ask us to review an account restriction at privacy@completeassettracker.com.
You may request account closure and deletion by contacting support. Closure stops future subscription renewals; any existing charge and refund are handled under Section 5. Cancellation alone leaves the account and retained records subject to the Privacy Policy. Export important records before closure. We do not guarantee indefinite access after membership ends, and deletion is subject to the Privacy Policy's retention exceptions.
If we terminate a paid account for convenience rather than your material breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. Provisions that logically need to survive termination, including accrued payment obligations, content rights for permitted retained copies, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, survive.
11. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and informational outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement to the extent those warranties may lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, permanent storage, or that every threat can be prevented. Express commitments in these Terms remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from this agreement. Subject to the exceptions below, our total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude refunds expressly owed under these Terms, liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory remedy that applicable law does not allow to be limited. They do not waive nonwaivable privacy, data-security, or consumer-protection rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions; in those places the limitations apply only to the lawful extent.
12. Disputes and governing law
Please contact privacy@completeassettracker.com with a description of a dispute so we can try to resolve it informally. Neither party must delay a legal filing needed to meet a deadline, seek urgent relief, or exercise a nonwaivable right.
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without its conflict-of-laws rules, and applicable federal law. Mandatory protections of the jurisdiction where you reside continue to apply when required by law. Claims may be brought in a court with jurisdiction and proper venue under applicable law. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or shortened statutory filing deadline.
13. Updates and general provisions
We will post updated Terms with a new effective date. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice through the Service or email, unless a shorter period is reasonably needed for legal or security reasons. Changes apply prospectively; they do not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter an existing dispute. We will obtain renewed affirmative acceptance where required. If you reject a material change that substantially reduces your rights during a prepaid term, you may stop using the Service and request a proportionate refund for the unused period affected.
These Terms, the purchase terms disclosed and accepted at checkout, and expressly incorporated terms form the agreement for the Service. Specific checkout terms control the price and billing interval of your purchase, but do not silently remove the refund protections here. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without our consent, except where law allows. We may transfer this agreement with the business, provided the transfer does not reduce your rights or our existing obligations.
Contact Duane Palmer at privacy@completeassettracker.com or 5753 Hwy 85 N, Suite 8041, Crestview, FL 32536 for support, billing questions, legal notices, or reports of content that violates your rights. Include enough information to identify the issue; do not send unnecessary sensitive records.
